Great for a romantic escape, good breakfasts, nice views
My partner and I were excited to spend a few days in the Beira Alta region enjoying some much-needed rest and relaxation. The hotel was located in a beautiful rural area and offered stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfasts were also quite good, with a range of options on offer to get us started for the day. We were also impressed by the very comfortable bedding in the rooms.
We had a lot of trouble finding the hotel when we first arrived, as it was quite far from any main roads or major towns. Once we did arrive, we found that there were very few amenities on offer, and the hotel staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout our stay.

The food and staff were the best aspects of our xmas stay. the dinners and breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the waitresses were super friendly and helpful. We also liked the location, which was secluded in a small town surrounded by beautiful scenery. the quiet atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing break. Another advantage was the comfort of the beds, which were so comfy that we had a great night's sleep!
the Wi-Fi was really poor and we couldn't connect to the internet most of the time.
